Cancellation

Everyone’s time is valuable, by giving as much notice as possible you make it easy for us to respect each other’s time. It is your responsibility to remember the appointment booked however you will receive email confirmation once booked AND a reminder text 48-24 hours before the appointment. 

A non-refundable, flexible £30 booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. You will be contacted via text message with details of how to complete this.


The cancellation window is 48 hours. Any appointments cancelled within this time will be charged 50% of the missed appointment price.

Cancellations under 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the missed appointment price.

RESCHEDULE POLICY 

Whilst I will always try to accommodate reschedule requests, if a different appointment is not available and if it is not booked within 1 week of the appointment you wish to reschedule, the cancellation policy applies. It may also result in booking a longer appointment next time or a fresh full set.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment price and will need to prepay for any future appointment. Missing more than 1 appointment may result in us no longer being able to work together. 

DECEMBER  POLICY 

Any cancellations under 48 hours notice will result in being charged 100% of the missed appointment price. This is due to the volume of appointments and also considers the artists time during festive period.

The reschedule policy applies but please note it is very difficult to change or swap appointments at this time of year.

Check the appointments you have booked and that they work for you at the start of the month.

Out of hours appointments are available at an extra charge (enquire for price)


Late

Please reach out to the phone number provided in your pre-appointment info should you expect to be more than 10 mins late to your appointment.

Whilst I always do my best to accommodate a late arrival, at 15 mins late we would look to reschedule your appointment for another day.

guarantee

Refunds are not offered on services rendered. However, there is a guarantee on all work provided.

If you have any concerns with the service you have received, please make contact within 3 calendar days.

A complimentary touch up appointment (30 mins-1hr) may be scheduled if deemed necessary & it must be booked within 5 days following your original booking date.

Staff at Wolfe Artistry have gone through Guild Training International COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control qualification 2020.

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled due to COVID may be subject to a waive of the cancellation policy upon proof of a positive test result.

The studio is cleaned and sanitized between every client.

Arrive on time. Not late, and not too early. The time between appointments is crucial, so please arrive 5 mins before your app and I will come to let you in at the time of your appointment.

Please come to your appointment with clean, freshly washed lashes, free from makeup around the whole eye area. This will ensure you receive the best benefit from your appointment as I can get to work straight away, have a strong bond and amazing retention.

​Regular clients, please cleanse the morning of your appointment, and know that extra time spent cleaning your lashes will result in less time for lashing.
